Bluebonnet Books

Parents:

Our students have kicked off our Bluebonnet reading. Each year books are nominated to win the Texas Bluebonnet Award, and our students help select this book by reading at least five books and then voting for their favorite. Our librarian, Mrs. Seddighi, has already introduced them to this year's nominees. If you would like to learn more about the Blubonnet nominees, here is a link. http://txla.org/TBA-nominees

Please help me to encourage good reading choices with your child by encouraging them to read at least 5 Bluebonnet nominees. We are reading one of the books, Dying to Meet You, in class together.

Students:
Can you share what Bluebonnet book you look most forward to reading?

I was wondering if they had to read their 5 books by a certain date?
